How it works

We learn your work

From the public contracts your company has won: the buyers, the categories, the size.

We read every new tender

Each morning, every new notice on SAM.gov, matched to your work and checked so the unrelated ones stay out.

You get one clear email

Each tender with its buyer, value, deadline and official link. Reply in plain words to change regions, value or how often.

Questions

Where do the tenders come from?

The official sources: Find a Tender, where every UK public procurement has been published since February 2025, SAM.gov for US federal contracts, and TED, the EU's official journal, for Europe. Each alert links to the official notice.

How do you choose my tenders?

From the contracts you've won: their procurement codes first, then a check that each tender is the same kind of work. Reply to any alert to change regions, value, words to include or leave out, or to get one email a day.

What does it cost?

$79 a month, plus VAT where it applies (the same number in pounds in the UK, dollars in the US and euros in Europe). The first two weeks are free and need no card. After that, an invoice by email each month, payable by card or bank transfer. Add grant calls, competitors' contract awards or another country for $20 a month each, on the same invoice.

Do you send anything else?

Grant alerts ($49 a month), trade mark watch for up to 3 of your marks ($29, or $99 a month with tender alerts) and CVE alerts for the software you run ($49), all by email with a spreadsheet of each day's items. Write to us saying what you'd like.

How do I stop?

Reply “cancel” to stop alerts, or “stop” and we'll never write again. During the free fortnight nothing is ever invoiced.

How did you find my company?

If we wrote to you first: from the public award notice of a contract you won, on Find a Tender (UK) or SAM.gov (US), and the contact details your company publishes there or on its website. We use them only to offer alerts for the kind of work you win, at most three emails about a contract unless you answer.
